Terms of Use

Welcome to ColoringStudio.ai. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Christian Martin, an individual doing business as ColoringStudio.ai ("ColoringStudio.ai", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of the website at coloringstudio.ai, related subdomains, the application, generated outputs, and any features we offer (together, the "Service").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service for an organization, school, or other entity, you are agreeing on behalf of that entity, and you represent that you have authority to do so.

The Service is built for adults to manage accounts, billing, and content. To create an account or buy a subscription or credits, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

Children may color and use the Service only under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or teacher who manages the account. Children under 13 may not create accounts, submit personal information, or upload content directly. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you or if applicable law prohibits it.

If you let a child use the Service through your account, you are responsible for that child's activity, the prompts entered, the files uploaded, and the outputs generated. You agree to:

• Supervise children appropriately while they use the Service.
• Decide what is age-appropriate for the children in your care before showing them generated outputs.
• Avoid uploading photos or information about other people's children without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Keep your login credentials private. The Service has no concept of "child accounts," so anyone using your account is treated as you.

You can sign in with Google or by email magic link, both handled by Supabase Auth. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your account secure. Tell us promptly at support@coloringstudio.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity under your account, including any charges. We may require re-authentication or take other steps if we believe an account is being misused.

ColoringStudio.ai turns text prompts, uploaded photos, and word or name designs into printable coloring pages. The current Service includes:

• Text-to-coloring-page generation.
• Photo-to-line-art generation.
• Typography, name, and word coloring designs.
• Optional classroom or educational generation flows.
• Downloadable 300 DPI PNG files for home or classroom printing.
• A private user gallery and private saved "Keepers".
• A library of pre-generated coloring pages curated by ColoringStudio.ai.
• A quiz that suggests styles or packs based on your answers.
• Optional waitlist, lead-magnet, and feedback flows.

Public sharing and public galleries are currently turned off. We may add opt-in public sharing in the future. We will tell you before any feature changes how your content is shown to others.

We may change, add, or remove features. We will try to give advance notice for changes that meaningfully affect paying users.

Generated outputs are produced by AI models, including models operated by Google (Google Generative AI / Gemini). AI is probabilistic. The same prompt can produce different results, and similar outputs may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee:

• That outputs are unique to you.
• That outputs are eligible for copyright protection.
• That outputs do not resemble existing works, characters, or styles.
• That outputs are accurate, safe for any specific use, or free of unintended elements.

You are responsible for reviewing every output before printing, sharing, or using it, especially if children will see it.

You keep ownership of the prompts and files you submit ("User Content"). You promise that you have all rights and consents needed to upload and use your User Content with the Service.

By using the Service, you grant ColoringStudio.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, transform, display, and process your User Content for the purpose of running the Service. This includes sending prompts and uploaded images to our AI providers and other service providers so they can generate, deliver, debug, and secure your outputs.

We do not use your User Content to train our own foundation models. Our AI providers may process your prompts and uploads to return results to you, subject to their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for the current list of providers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 may not create accounts or submit personal information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact support@coloringstudio.ai and we will delete it.

Teachers and schools may use the Service for classroom activities, but only if you have the authority and the consents required by your school, district, parents, and applicable law before uploading any student photo, student name, or student information. You are responsible for that authority and those consents.

ColoringStudio.ai is a general-audience SaaS tool. We do not sign FERPA, school district, or student data privacy addenda by accepting these Terms. We do not promise compliance with any specific school district, FERPA, COPPA-safe-harbor, or state student privacy framework. If your school requires a separate data processing agreement or DPA, please contact us before uploading student data, and we will tell you whether we can accommodate it.

We do not certify the Service for school procurement.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Generate or upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other rights, including copyrighted characters, logos, or brands you do not have permission to use.
• Generate or upload illegal content of any kind.
• Generate, upload, or attempt to generate sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes a minor.
• Upload non-consensual images of any person, including intimate images.
• Generate or upload content that promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
• Generate or upload graphic violence or content that promotes self-harm.
• Violate the privacy of others, including doxxing, stalking, or building images that identify a private person without consent.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts, models, weights, or proprietary systems.
• Run automated, abusive, or high-volume requests outside of published API or quota limits, or to bypass paywalls, credits, rate limits, or kill switches.
• Resell, sublicense, or pass off the Service or its outputs as your own service to third parties without permission.
• Probe, scan, attack, or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.

We may block prompts, remove content, suspend accounts, throttle usage, refund or refuse refunds, and use kill switches to enforce these rules.

ColoringStudio.ai uses a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits according to the cost shown at the time you start the generation.

Current credit costs vary by feature. Standard text generations are typically 1 credit. Pro, photo, and typography generations are typically 2 credits. Classroom flows are typically 3 credits. Costs may change over time and are always displayed before you confirm a generation.

When a generation completes successfully, the displayed credit cost is consumed, even if you do not like the result. If a generation fails for technical reasons, we intend not to consume additional credits beyond what was already reserved, and we will try to refund or release the reserved credits automatically. Mistakes can happen. If you believe a credit was charged in error, contact support@coloringstudio.ai.

Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Current plans include:

• Weekly: $8 per week, 25 credits.
• Monthly: $25 per month, 120 credits.
• Annual: $198 per year, 1,500 credits.
• Credit packs: 1 / $0.99, 10 / $4.99, 30 / $9.99, 200 / $49.99, 500 / $97.

Subscriptions auto-renew on the same cadence (weekly, monthly, or annual) until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals and keeps your access through the end of the current paid period. There is no cancellation fee. Unused credits granted by a subscription may expire at the end of the period unless the Service shows otherwise on your account.

Prices, plans, credit costs, credit grants, and pack contents may change. We will not change the price you have already paid for a current term. We will tell you in advance about price changes that take effect at your next renewal.

Local taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.

Subscription fees, credit purchases, and credits already consumed are non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion. If something has gone wrong, please email support@coloringstudio.ai. We try to be reasonable.

New accounts may receive a one-time signup bonus of 10 free credits. Bonuses are not cash, are not transferable, may expire, and may be revoked if abused.

Founder pricing tiers (such as $138 per year for the first 50 paid annual seats and $158 per year for the next 100 paid annual seats) are limited promotions. They are based on confirmed paid annual subscriptions and may sell out before you check out. The waitlist does not reserve a tier or a price. Founder pricing, when available, applies to your first paid term and renews at the then-current annual price unless we say otherwise.

Other promotions, discount codes, lead-magnet pack claims, and referral incentives have their own terms shown at the time of the offer. Promotions are void where prohibited.

As between you and ColoringStudio.ai, you receive the rights described below in any output generated for you, subject to the rest of these Terms and applicable law.

• Free tier: Outputs are for personal, non-commercial use, such as printing at home or for the children in your care. Free-tier outputs may include a watermark.
• Paid plans: Outputs may be used for personal use and for commercial use, including selling printable products, classroom materials, stickers, party packs, or other goods, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Even on a paid plan, you must not use outputs to infringe other people's rights, including outputs that resemble copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks you do not have rights to use. You are responsible for clearing rights for any third-party elements in your prompts or photos.

We do not promise that your outputs are unique, exclusive, copyrightable, or non-infringing. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs for other users.

ColoringStudio.ai owns the Service, including the website, the app, our brand, our pre-generated library, our prompt engineering, our model orchestration, and our software. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those things to you.

"ColoringStudio.ai", "ColoringStudio AI", and our logos are our trademarks. Other names, marks, and logos that appear in the Service belong to their respective owners.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, including through our in-app feedback form or UserJot widget, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.

We may offer an affiliate or referral program inside the Service. If you join, you can share a referral link, earn commissions on qualifying paid subscriptions, and receive payouts through Stripe Connect. Program rules, commission rates, payout minimums, and payout schedules are shown inside the affiliate dashboard and may change. We may suspend or end the program, withhold payouts for fraudulent or self-referral activity, and require tax information before paying out.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (auth, database, storage, edge functions), Google Generative AI / Gemini (model inference), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), UserJot (in-app feedback), Loops (marketing email), and Resend (email delivery). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for what those providers do outside of our reasonable control.

The Service may also use your device's native sharing capabilities. If you choose to share a file with another app, that app receives the file according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We may change, pause, or end the Service or any part of it at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if a payment fails, or if we are required to by law or by our providers.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your settings or by emailing support@coloringstudio.ai. Some sections of these Terms survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability, and dispute resolution.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, ColoringStudio.ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any output will meet your needs.

Generated outputs are not professional advice of any kind. You decide whether an output is appropriate for your child, your classroom, or your business.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ColoringStudio.ai and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limitations. In those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ColoringStudio.ai and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your User Content, including prompts and uploads.
• Your use of generated outputs.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of someone else's rights.
• Your upload of any photo, name, or information about another person, including a child or student, without the necessary permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive courts for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration are the courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at support@coloringstudio.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material on the Service that you believe infringes, including a URL or enough detail for us to find it.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringer accounts.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the new Terms take effect means you accept them.
